I was looking into a product that seemed most natural, and a full spectrum is said helps all the other ingredients work, and their products work for me. I am getting relief and trying new products. I didn't want the liquid because I want to make sure I am getting exactly one unit measurement and tried the gummies which work great and a little pungent but you get used to it, its all natural and they do add some flavori...
