I was disappointed my initial purchase arrived usable. HOWEVER, Aspen’s team of customer agents quickly offered an array of other solutions and remedies and even threw-in some freebies. I recommend trusting the product and trusting that if there is an unforeseen, which may be out of the norm, Aspen Green will make it right!!!

Excellent! I use this product every morning on my shins, achilles tendon, and plantar fascia. It helps me to do my job which requires a lot of walking…averaging about a half-marathon a day. Great product and highly recommended!
