It works just as well for me as the full spectrum cooling cream did, but the cream had a much more pleasant odor and texture. I'll use up the balm, but definitely going back to the cream after.

Wish you would make this in a roll on.It hasn't helped me as much as others report. I am going to change the area I have used it. I'll try my knees a few days. I do appreciate the quality of the product.
