I’ve tried to date, seven different brands of full spectrum CBD and found the Aspen brand provides the most relief. It’s not as fast acting as one of its competitors but the effects are better and longer lasting

I really feel as if this stuff calms my normal anxiety. The first time I noticed it, I was able to talk in front of a large group of people without stuttering or turning red in the face. I feel much more at ease. 10/10 recommend!

I was looking for more CBD and less of the other I guess. If I cut the gummy in 1/4, that seems to do the trick. I’m sure others will do well with half and some may take a whole. As for me, I am a 1/4 type person.
