This is the best full spectrum hemp oil I have bought. It smell, looks, and taste like the real thing, unlike other hemp oils that are mixed with soy oil, and/or mint, and/or alcohol, etc.

Aspen Green's 3000mg CBD began to help within a week of taking it. Not only that, it has helped in many areas. I typically take 50mg in the morning, and 50mg at night. A few times early on I would take 50 (morning) and 100mg (night) depending on feelings at that given time. Huge advocate of AG's products.
