I started taking CBD oil on the advice of my sister. She said it would help me in many ways. She was so right. I used to get up 4 to 5 times a night with a variety of issues. I now get up once a night and go right back to dreaming. My occasional discomfort is much less than it was before. I use .50 ml of 3000 mg cbd oil twice a day.

This has been a life saver for me! Nothing seems to work for me except 75-100 mg of CBD. Most CBD bottles only have 1000 mg and sell for about $100 which would only last me 10 days. I love that Aspen Green provides a 3000 mg bottle for a similar price point. This helps. 10/10 would recommend!
