Tried a couple different creams, and they work good during the day, but at night I still wake up after a hour or two. Tried the 3000mg full spectrum extract. Now I can dream most of the night, and only get up once, instead of 4 or 5 times. My fitbit sleep score went from low to mid 70's to low to mid 80's, and a 92 once. It's been 3 months, and it's still working. Outstanding. Thanks Aspen Green
