Do not take every day and I'm happy about that as well because I just wanted something I could use when I felt I needed it.

Aspen green product are a lifesaver or should I say sleepsaver:) I have so many friends and relatives who were able to go off other "meds" by taking a small gummy for rest. However, not all gummies are the same, there are a lot of useless products out there, so do your research, or use the research I did, this is the company to use for all your cbd products! And what's even better is there customer service, it is fantastic!

Works for 2 or 3 hours on sensory issues, I use it at nite on my back and shoulders. Helps a lot. A bit pricey but it works!
