I began using Calm about a month ago and I tell that it is helping as my daily mood is improved to normal status. I don’t get as frustrated when something goes wrong.

I’ve tried dozens of cbd/thc for rest. Some worked, but none KEPT me in normal patterns. Aspen Green “Rest” is the first that accomplishes both! I use the tincture, one dropper, just before I head to my resting place. It’s not a sudden feeling; more gradual. And I wake up in the middle of the night (normal for me), but within a decent timeframe I find myself restuful. Would recommend this product to anyone!
