After a slightly bumpy start with Aspen Green customer service (since smoothed out), I’ve got a routine in place that’s working well for my lower back discomfort. Following multiple procedures and a major effort to address ongoing stiffness (with little improvement), I’m happy to say that using Relief during the day and Bliss in the evenings has made a real difference.
