I feel new again,waking up feeling the most alert and ready to tackle the day. It just takes one gummie, and when I wake up to use bathroom I often get back to resting after awhile. I suggest you suck on the gummie by placing along side of gum line before swallowing.

They don't cause sleepiness directly, but they sure do remove the mean inner noise that obstructs sleep.
