I average around 4 hours per night, I tried many different things for improvement… I run 4x a week and lift on opposite days… the first night taking cbd rest I slept longer, thought it was a hoax but I’ve had regular sleep every night since starting them! I tried another CBD oil for improved resting and had no results. This one was enteirely different. I'm very happy with the results of this product. It really helps me get to dreaming quickly after the occasional wake up. This product works great, with no grogginess or ill effects the next day. I wake feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
