I average around 4 hours per night, I tried many different things for improvement… I run 4x a week and lift on opposite days… the first night taking cbd rest I slept longer, thought it was a hoax but I’ve had regular sleep every night since starting them! I tried another CBD oil for improved resting and had no results. This one was enteirely different. I'm very happy with the results of this product.
