First off, the taste is on point. Good enough to just let the gummy dissolve in your mouth to enjoy it. It's mellow, there is no feeling of it "kicking in" but you definitely get relaxed. Helps you get ready to sleep but doesn't put you out, or make you groggy afterwards. ( i avoid melatonin for that reason)
