I started taking CBD oil on the advice of my sister. She said it would help me in many ways. She was so right. I used to get up 4 to 5 times a night with a variety of issues. I now get up once a night and go right back to dreaming. My occasional discomfort is much less than it was before. I use .50 ml of 3000 mg cbd oil twice a day.

This is more potent than my other brand, so I use 50ml in the am & 75ml at nighttime. I am dreaming better and other noticable improvements, and the dose is smaller than expected. I would highly recommend this trio!
