The CBD oil definitely helped my temprory discomfort and stiffness. I am able to stretch and exercise better and even do some weight lifting!

I grabbed this one on sale. The Aspen Calm was wonderful but not quite strong enough. Bliss if I take a whole gummy at once is too much, so I am experimenting with cutting it in half and spacing it out. that seems to be working better.
