Ive had rest issues for years and have tried everything. I take sleep meds that only help a little. Ive tried OTC, herbal supps, other gummies but these REST gummies are by far the BEST I have found. I take them about an hour before I plan to go to rest and I can totally feel them kick in... i wake up much less often and when I do I am not groggy or super sedated, nor groggy when I wake up.
