I've tried various other premium brands and Aspen Green seems to work the best. A full dose is a little too strong for me. 3/4 of a gummy seems the best and I am not groggy the next day. I will definitely re-order. Thank you!

I have periodic bouts of insomnia. Rather than take other products that usually leave me unsteady in the morning, I have tried rest organic gummies. They assist me to rest, and when I awake, I am refreshed and ready to go. Perhaps you might give rest gummies a try. I find them effective.
