I have been resting much better. I hardly wake up throughout the entire night.

These gummy’s are easy to take and taste good and they do relax me and maybe help me rest some, but they do not get me through the night as I had hoped they would. So it’s a nice product it’s just not helping me dream as well as I would like.

Works really well for full night of dreaming when nothing else has. It takes an hour to work, not 1/2 hour.

I started using these gummies when I got a great deal for the sample packs for Calm, Rest & Bliss. The rest gummies help me have a deeper sleep. When I don’t take the gummy before bed, I end up having more intense dreams that then make me tired throughout the day. I appreciate the great benefits of taking Rest for bed and Calm for my day.
