Gummies taste good but was hoping for more “”help” with the deeper stages of rest.

I finally found a supplement that helps me rest. This product is great for what I needed. I fall asleep faster and stay dreaming for longer since I started with these gummies!

Ive had rest issues for years and have tried everything. I take sleep meds that only help a little. Ive tried OTC, herbal supps, other gummies but these REST gummies are by far the BEST I have found. I take them about an hour before I plan to go to rest and I can totally feel them kick in... i wake up much less often and when I do I am not groggy or super sedated, nor groggy when I wake up. Best I have found and sold on this brand!!

Works really well for full night of dreaming when nothing else has. It takes an hour to work, not 1/2 hour.
