These gummies definitely help me get to rest and dream more soundly, at least for the first half of the night, but they are a little too strong for me. I sometimes wake up anxious from the thc and feel a little hung over in the morning. I wish they had lower thc and the same cbd and herbs.

The effect felt most from the CBD "Rest" gummies is complete and utter relaxation. The relief from all that tension is extraordinary. Is it worth the money? For now yes definitely, but in 3 months it will be time to reassess.
