Not too strong, not to weak. Just right. I'm 65+ and heard about these gummies from my kids. They knew I didn't want anything that would be too strong so they recommended these. I'm glad they did. I took a half gummy to feel calmer for a presentation and then I took the other half at night along with a dropper of the calm Cbd oil and I slept great.
