I purchased this item, mostly for my dad and his health issues. Calm, it turns out, is the perfect amount for him… and for me! I tried it to see if there would be any dizziness and fall risks for him and fell in love with the amount that it lowered occasional anxiousness and daily stresses. Calm is perfect- day or night! Great flavor too!
