I purchased this item, mostly for my dad and his health issues. Calm, it turns out, is the perfect amount for him… and for me! I tried it to see if there would be any dizziness and fall risks for him and fell in love with the amount that it lowered occasional anxiousness and daily stresses. Calm is perfect- day or night! Great flavor too!

I like taking this gummy. It has helped me quite a bit (I know everyone reacts differently). Only downside for me would be the cane sugar in it, not necessary even if it is organic. Other than that, great product and would highly recommend!
