I expected a consistent delivery experience from one gummy to another, and this (and the last order) did not deliver reliably consistent results. I’m a new user so I am not sure if this is the usual result and I simply mistakenly expected a different result.

Don't readily notice anything but I do notice lower discomfort levels after taking.

They are very good, it helped me to relax and rest better.
