This cream really does work but it takes time. I have found that it works better for me right after a shower, my knees are warm and the Aspen Cream seems to work faster.

At a creaky, leaky age I took a jar camping for a week. I really like the non-greasy texture that rubs in easily. Helps a bit with discomfort. Whether it promotes any healing beyond that remains to be seen. Great product; a bit pricey.

I've been using the Cooling Cream for several months. I get much relief from the inflammation in my legs. This cream has a pleasant odor and isn't greasy at all. My husband uses it on his sore shoulders after working out.
