This did wonders for me. The scent does not have a strong odor. It had a very mild tingling sensation but it works deep down. Love it!

The cream works quickly to relieve discomfort in my foot. I apply it when I go to bed. It lasts about 6 hours. By morning, I may feel some mild discomfort; however, the cream allowed me to me to have uninterrupted dreams.

I definitely would not say this is a cooling cream of sorts, but as far as everyday body cramps, as well as issues with joints and common discomforts are concerned, it works pretty well!
