I take two of these gummies at 8pm and my mind shifts to foolishness. Just silly, random thoughts. But they displace the worrisome thoughts that keep me alert. Might not work the same way for everyone of course, but I now depend on them. Better than drinking myself to sleep, and I can’t always tire myself out enough during the day. These Bliss gummies are scrumptious, and give me a great energy and creativity that I’ve not felt with any other cbd and or thc products. Also, I’m not as hungry taking these compared to other hemp derived thc or cannabis thc products. These are FANTASTIC! I also love the Rest Gummies at bedtime and other products from Aspen Green.

I thought the quality of these gummies was very good. Compared to other gummies these had less next day fog. I am not a fan of the Tropical flavor though.
