I take two of these gummies at 8pm and my mind shifts to foolishness. Just silly, random thoughts. But they displace the worrisome thoughts that keep me alert. Might not work the same way for everyone of course, but I now depend on them. Better than drinking myself to sleep, and I can’t always tire myself out enough during the day. My experience has been that two of the Bliss gummies two hours before bed just gives your brain a bit of a playground… and a chance to dream

These Bliss gummies are scrumptious, and give me a great energy and creativity that I’ve not felt with any other cbd and or thc products.
