Although I would prefer no sugar, these are a good choice for late evenings when I want to encourage my body/mind to rest. And if I don’t rest right away, pleasantly enjoy my audiobook while masked and feeling relaxed.

I like these alot, they help me relax before bed time. They do take about 45 minutes before you feel the affects and it slowly creeps up on you and you may not realize it. Wish they had bliss in cherry flavor, but I am getting use to the tropical.
