I purchased this item to try as well as Calm gummies, mostly for my dad and his health issues. I bought these in case we needed something stronger. It turns out that Calm was the perfect dose for him… and for me! I tried it to see if there would be any dizziness and fall risks for him and fell in love with the amount that it lowered my temporary anxiousness and ordinary stresses. Relief was great but a little too strong for us. Calm is perfect- day or night! Great flavor too!
