Taking the whole gummy made me feel great. However, I had some stomach issues with it. So I've been taking half and usually in the afternoon or evening. It relaxes me after a busy day. So much that I don't feel alert enough to drive. I dream soundly and deeply feeling well rested in the morning. I was hoping for help getting through the day but found it more effective at helping me rest at night.
