i love everything about barefut. the adjustable chakra bracelet is a lovely compliment to any outfit. the lava stones diffuse your scent for hours. it's a quality made and sturdy bracelet. just amazing. thank you barefut! so VERY glad i discovered you.

I don't know. I don't know how to use the bracklet. it didn't come with instructions. and I'm new to this essential oil stuff. please if you can explain to me how to put the oil on it and use it I would appreciate it. thanks. I have been happy with my other orders.
