I don't know. I don't know how to use the bracklet. it didn't come with instructions. and I'm new to this essential oil stuff. please if you can explain to me how to put the oil on it and use it I would appreciate it. thanks. I have been happy with my other orders.

Oh my, I'm in love with this. It goes on so smoothly, not sticky or goopy. It lasts a longer time than other balms I have tried. I got the immune boost and it definitely helps us feel better.
