I use this balm on my shoulder before I go to bed at night (because that’s when it bothers me the most) and I get instant relief and my shoulder doesn’t hurt during the night.

I've been holding onto a lot of tension due to a car accident in May. I wasn't injured but my ever day commute has become very agonizing. This has definitely helped. I love these oils so much! The frankincense is my absolute favorite. My great-nephew came over the other day and asked what smelled so good. I let him smell the bottle and he said that was it. I use it so much that my house smells like frankincense now. :)
