Using mixed with carrier oil to warm arthritic joints. Also wearing on necklace mixed with sweet orange smells like a body cream no longer available from a bath and body company .

We love to use this for tummy issues. A few drops in a capsule with coconut oil. Works very well. Great quality ginger oil. Smell is on target with more expensive MLM oils. We love Barefut oils!
