I love this! I blend BCP with Black Seed oil for my OA pain,and within a minute most of the pain is gone. If you have RA,OA, etc then I highly recommend that you keep this on hand. Thank you Dr. Pappas & Barefut for making this available to us!

Ordered a bottle of this when it first came out. I have been using this for pain and inflammation with exceptional results. I stalked my email for it to restock. Have only used this a couple of days but have noticed the swelling I was having in my chronically swollen leg seems better. Hoping it’ll work on all my other swollen and painful joints.

This oil is one of my best purchases! I have been a heavy user of anti-inflammatory oils. Beta-Caryophyllene is the top of my list for both inflammation and pain relief. I would recommend this oil for any blend where acute pain and inflammation are present. Thanks Barefut for this release!

Nice and warming on my sore muscles

Having muscle spasms so I added it in a blend that was so-so. I was finally able to sleep through the night! This will be my travel companion when I go on a long 2 day driving trip!

Helpful for pain relief but the pain came back a short time later.
