I haven't opened this one, have 2 from previous orders. Son sometimes uses it on his feet; the outside 'feral cats' like it, they rub on his feet....LOL Love Barefut Frankincense.

I used Frankincense, neat,for chest congestion, I was amazed at how quick it broke up. Then for a few days added Peppermint too.
