I have very bad swelling in the muscle that runs along the scapula, as well as inner shoulder blade. It often clicks because it catches on the bone, which is so extremely painful! I originally bought this pain stick for my husband, due to his entire lumbar being blown, which works great for him, but I think it works even better for my rock solid back muscles! I've had a ton of trigger point inject...

I have a recurring knee problem. When I use this salve, it feels better and heals more quickly. I also have really sore neck and upper back muscles. I look forward to rolling the product on those muscles to feel the warmth and release. And, I love the smell!
