I love this oil! I have a pulled muscle in my ribs that was spasming and extremely painful. After applying this twice in one evening, by morning the pain was so much less than it had been the last few days. I will definitely keep this on hand...and it smells great too!

I've had an ankle problem for months. Even went to Drs cause i could barely walk. The brace was making things worse. My usual go-to oils were not helping much. which was a surprise. During a meditation, i was shown a birch leaf. Then i did some research and saw how good it was for inflammation. Bought this and Viola'!, the pain is finally subsiding.

I'm loving all the oils I have bought from Barefut. I seem to be ordering every couple of weeks now. The balms are such a good idea and perfect for folks like my 88 yo mother who doesn't want carrier oils or roller bottles to deal with. I've ordered her a couple for her upcoming birthday.

I used this for a headache. The very first signs of one and it helped dull down the symptoms. The more I used it the more I had forgotten my headache!
