While the oil works great. The taste is almost unbearable. Last night took my dose and I threw up it tastes so bad. Will just have to try and use the rest but will have to go with another company that tastes better. My favorite flavor so far has been cinnamon from hempworx

Shipping was quick and bottle was well protected. I started with one-fourth dropper full at bedtime and have gone up to one half a dropper. All was well when I noticed my spleen was getting painful during the night. I have since decreased my dosage back down to one-fourth dropper. Both of these items are quality items and do exactly what I got them for. I personally use Dr P's at night to help me sleep and it helps my aches from Fibromyalgia. The Muscle Vitality is awesome for my Neck and Shoulder Aches and to me smells like Gingerbread.
