It tastes good like York peppermint patties lol I used a half dropper twice a day but didn't help with my sciatica pain so I started using a full dropper twice a day and still didn't help.

Dr P's dark chocolate CBD oil has helped with pain, anxiety and sleep. Remember to place a half-dropper full under your tongue and hold for one minute-one and one half minute before swallowing. Take twice daily.
