They are what they claim to be! I'm housebreaking a tiny puppy in a huge crate used as a playpen. I bought these for the adhesive strips. Honestly, my puppy can rip up anything, but that's because he's young and crazy. The adhesive strips work, and as my puppy gets older these pads will be great. They don't slip and slide around.
