Does not over as much of the sides of the cargo area as it shows in the pictures and it a little challenging to install by yourself, but not hateful. Seems to be super durable and water resistant which I love. Haven't washed it yest, so not sure it will do in the washer, but so far I'm happy with the purchase.

Help your buddy stay safe. If you have to stab the brakes because of any circumstance while traveling... Doggie could ....get pulsed off the seat, possibly damaging a joint or toe. This gives him a safety net in unexpected occurrences. It happened to me, and my previous cargo did not deserve the outcome. Keep them as safe as you can. You'll never regret it.

The pads stay in place and are absorbent. This is our 3rd box and we will continue using them for our “elderly chihuahuas “ pen. Two pads cover more than half their pen area and their bed covers the other part. We don’t change them as often as other cheaper pads.
