These are the best pads I've found on Amazon in the 8 years we've had our dog. He's a Pomeranian with a little bladder, so needs these during the day while we are at work. They are by far the thickest. They are super absorbant, and extremely attractive because you don't have to look at ugly yellow pee stains. Odor control is effective. The adhesive strips... I don't use them to adhere to the floor...

So these hold plenty of urine and are great for training but be warned that if you put the sticky side down on your bathroom linoleum you may come home to that sticky stuff STUCK to the bathroom floor. I ended up having to scratch it off with my nails for a solid hour since I had lined the floor in an effort to start pad training my older pup. My little old man is 12 years old now and just needs some help at times. These pads are wonderful he tears up all the other ones I have bought but these he dosent and he uses them. Great bang for your buck and totally worth it.
