The adhesive on the pad keeps it in place! The adhesive on the pad makes a big difference. I'm not constantly moving the pad back into its place.

BEST PEE PEE PAD!!! SOO ABSORBING!!! WORTH THE MONEY!!! These are the best Pee Pee Pads ever. I adopted a Shih Tzu from Ruff Rescue and she had PDSD & Aggressive issues. She wouldn’t pee pee outside. Hit the target almost every time Our 13 yrs old female Pom has been mostly blind and deaf for a couple of years due to diabetes and other complaints. Some pads we tried by other manufacturers worked pretty well but these were the best by a significant margin. I credit the strong attractant. The absorbency was excellent. Highly recommend
