I'm a breeder of small puppies so I go through lots of puppy pads. I've bought the one's from Petsmart and Pet Co. and those are thin and even though they have the sticky tape on the bottom, the puppy is still able to lift the pads and play with them. Bulldoglogy black carbon puppy pads seem to be better than the others, offering more features and durability. Many other brands have such a thin backing that the pee can permeate the liner and ruin the floor. We haven't noticed any leakage of this type with the new pads. They are also very absorbent and hold more.

Just received these pads in the mail yesterday & immediately set them out so my dogs could test them out. The pads are great, each corner has a little tab that you peel off to reveal a sticky surface, this stickiness helps the pads stick to the floor so that the pads stay in place. I have been using wee pads for 9 years. I have never seen anything like this. The urine is absorved completly and leaves no remains, no odor. My dogs (2 doxies) use and reuse the carbon pads. I would give this product more stars if I could.... The absorvance is great, the spillage is reduced.
