My neighbor's dog loves my 2014 Lincoln Navigator's BULLDOGOLOGY’S Rear End Protective Mat. (But not as much as I do, Looks Good and really protects the inside of the vehicle.)

Really good thicker feeling back seat cover for dogs. It does a fine job of protecting the seats as it lays flat and is held in place with enough adjustable straps to keep it from moving. There are openings for seat belt attachments that we use to secure the dog in place with straps to his chest harness. The only down side I see is that the dog hair doesn't easily brush off.
