I am using the pads for my elderly cat who is urinating outside the litter box most of the time probably because it is harder for him to step into the litter box. He generally pees on the pad which I put under and around the litter box. The pad is very absorbent. I usually change it after he has urinated on it 3 times. That is a lot of fluid! These are great pads! I had purchased pee pads before from an individual and lost the name of them. I had searched everywhere for similar ones. They were quilted and had the tape on corners to hold them to the floor. These are very similar and work really well!
