Frenchies like to tear up wee wee pads. Bulldogology products are built tough. I have had the most success with this brand.

These puppy pads are the best we've tried in 9 years. With two special needs chihuahuas that aren't always able to go outside, we use plenty of puppy pads. I can't even count how many different brands we've tried over the years, but always found ourselves looking for something a little bit better.
