Absorbent These are great for my little shih tzu but don't think they would work well for larger dogs. I poured about 1 cup on the pad. It absorbed it and did not leak through but I wouldn't trust it to hold much more. The underside does hold the pad reasonably well to the floor. Overall a good purchase.

Great absorbency. No seep through. The pads are large and they work really well. I got these for my teacup Chihuahua that does not go outside if it is too cold or wet. The pads have great absorbency and the urine does not seep through. The pads do not stiffen and they stay in place. I ordered the large and smaller size for her playpen and for the one spot she uses. Great value, good quality 24x36" pee pads are really hard to get. It is not a common size, but it fits perfectly inside on the bottom of a Ferret Nation cage. I have a Netherland dwarf rabbit and on the bottom floor where his hay and litter basket are, he likes to mark all over the place. I had to add plexiglass sides to the cage to prevent spray.
